I started FIRM Consulting after more than 20 years working across leading agencies, corporates, and high-growth scale-ups — from M&C Saatchi and IAG to Wisr, where I led brand, CX, and lifecycle marketing as the business grew to over 750,000 customers.

 

Each environment had its own pace and pressures, but the same challenge kept showing up. Smart teams with long lists of priorities, struggling to agree on what actually mattered most.

 

In agencies I learned to sharpen ideas under pressure. In corporates I saw how scale brings both structure and complexity. In scale-ups I lived the urgency and ambiguity of fast growth.

 

Across all of them, one truth stuck. Strategy only counts when it turns into action.
